GETTING TO CROATIA

There are so many ways to get to Croatia and to Split and Dubrovnik to embark on your Go Croatia Sail cruise.
Here are some of the best routes into, out of and around Croatia.

AIR
Airports & airlines

Zagreb is Croatia’s capital and its airport is well-connected. However, Zagreb is quite far from Split (5.5 to 6 hrs by either bus or train) and far from Dubrovnik (around 9 to 10 hrs by bus) so the quickest thing to do is fly from Zagreb to Split or Dubrovnik using Croatia Airlines connections.

Croatia’s national carrier is Croatia Airlines, which has direct flights from Split and Dubrovnik (and Zagreb) to many cities around Europe.
Due to Dubrovnik’s semi-isolated location, Croatia Airlines has excellent connections from Zagreb to Dubrovnik.
Another option that many passengers choose, due to budget airlines going there, is Zadar airport (only 2 to 2.5 hrs by bus from Split).
